Return Policy

DEFINITIONS

Vendor = the retailer which we have purchased the goods or "goodeez" from. This is usually a Buc-ee's convenience store, but we may also purchase other, non Buc-ee's items from other vendors.

CANCELLING ORDERS

You can cancel your order at any time prior to its preparation for shipping. This time it takes before preparing to ship is usually less than 24 to 48 hours. To start the order cancel process please email us at overyonder@smokymountaingoodeez.com and provide your order number and reason for cancellation. We will do our best to quickly process the cancellation request before it enters the shipping preparation phase. If by chance it does, a cancellation of the order is no longer possible as the package has already begun shipping and may have already left our facility.

RETURNS

In order for your "goodeez" meet the criteria for a partial refund it must be: Unused, new (without tag), and non-perishable. In addition you must email overyonder@smokymountaingoodeez.com to get return approval.

Once that criteria has been verified, we will provide you with a return shipping label for a market-rate return fee, or you purchase return shipping on your own. Please include your original packing slip.

We will then inspect it to ensure it is in new condition. If it is in new condition, we will issue a refund for the original value of the goods; minus $3.00 or 15% of the value of the item whichever is greater; and market-rate return shipping costs if we purchased the return shipping label.

Your remaining refund will be issued once the return has been inspected and is determined to be in new condition. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing returns. Processing times may be longer during holiday seasons. After the return has been processed, allow up to 14 days for the credit to be returned by your bank.

DELAYED FULFILLMENT

If your order has not been prepared for shipping, and it has been over 10 days since it was placed you may request that we cancel your order, and we will begin the process for a full refund.

There may be rare cases where the product we have on hand is not in the condition for resale and missed the original inspection for quality, or sometimes customers may purchase inventory that we do not have. We will do our best to proactively contact you and correct the situation if this happens.

PACKAGES DELAYED DURING TRANSIT

Occasionally a packaged may get misplaced by one of the carriers we use (UPS, FedEx, DHL).  We are not responsible for the expiry or damage of goods delayed during transit. If your packaged has been delayed for more than 30 days and less than 60 days, you are eligible for a refund and should contact us at overyonder@smokymountaingoodeez.com. Refunds are available for items totaling up to $100. For items that total more than $100, shipping insurance can be added at the time of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS REFUNDS

Please be aware that at this time, we do not offer any refunds on swimwear.

If your items have been damaged during shipment, you will need to please contact us with photo evidence of damages. Claims of damage that has occurred in transit, but do not show the packaging, the box, etc... may be denied. This information is required in order for us to be refunded by carriers.

Please email overyonder@smokymountaingoodeez.com and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Picture of the condition of the box, and picture of the condition of the goods upon arrival
  • Picture of the goods where damage is evident

We do not issue refunds for damage exceeding $100, even if the value of the goods was greater than $100. For those items we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

International orders are not eligible for refunds unless the original package and goods are returned unopened and undamaged.

WORKMANSHIP

We make no claims, provide no warranties, or guarantees regarding the workmanship of goods which we have resold. Our model is simple - we buy, and sell items as they are; you purchase them from us as they are.

If you are unsatisfied with the workmanship from the original vendor, it will be treated as a return.
